Passion Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Passion Fruit

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk or Soy Milk

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend and enjoy!

Peanut Butter & Banana Toast with Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 2 Slices Bread

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk or Soy Milk

Instructions

  1. Toast two slices of your favorite bread

  2. Spread peanut butter on the bread

  3. Slice up the banana and place it on the bread 

  4. Pour a glass of milk

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Mexican Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Quinoa

  • 1 Can Black Beans 

  • 1 Can Corn

  • 1/2 Small Onion

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • Juice of 2 Limes

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside to cool

  2. While the quinoa is cooling, drain and rinse the beans and corn

  3. Add beans and corn to a bowl

  4. Chop up the vegetables and add to the bowl

  5. Add quinoa to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients

  6. Squeeze in the lime juice

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. Mix and enjoy!

Apples & Peanut Butter With Granola

Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Peanut Butter or Your Favorite Nut Butter
  • Granola (See Recipe Below)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut 1 apple

  2. Drizzle peanut butter over the apple

  3. Sprinkle granola on top of the apples and peanut butter

  4. Put a dash of cinnamon on top

  5. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats

  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well to combine.

  3. Pour the granola onto the baking sheet and spread flat into a thin layer.

  4. Bake the granola for 25-30 minutes or until golden in color.

  5. Leave to cool and then enjoy!
