Passion Fruit Smoothie

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1/4 Cup Fresh Passion Fruit

2 Tbsp Honey

3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 Cup Whole Milk or Soy Milk
Instructions

Add ingredients to a blender.

Blend and enjoy!
Peanut Butter & Banana Toast with Milk
Ingredients

1 Banana
-
2 Slices Bread
-
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
-
1 Cup Whole Milk or Soy Milk
Instructions

Toast two slices of your favorite bread

Spread peanut butter on the bread
-
Slice up the banana and place it on the bread

Pour a glass of milk
-
Serve and enjoy!
Mexican Quinoa Salad
Ingredients

1 Cup Quinoa
-
1 Can Black Beans
-
1 Can Corn
-
1/2 Small Onion
-
2 Cloves Garlic
-
Juice of 2 Limes
-
1/2 Bell Pepper
-
1 Tomato
-
1/4 Cup Cilantro
-
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions

Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside to cool

While the quinoa is cooling, drain and rinse the beans and corn
-
Add beans and corn to a bowl
-
Chop up the vegetables and add to the bowl
-
Add quinoa to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients
-
Squeeze in the lime juice
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and enjoy!
Apples & Peanut Butter With Granola
Ingredients

Apple
- Peanut Butter or Your Favorite Nut Butter
- Granola (See Recipe Below)

Cinnamon
Instructions

Wash and cut 1 apple
-
Drizzle peanut butter over the apple

Sprinkle granola on top of the apples and peanut butter

Put a dash of cinnamon on top
-
Enjoy!
Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients

2 Cups Rolled Oats

1 Cup Chopped Nuts
-
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
-
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
-
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
-
1 Tbsp Vanilla
-
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well to combine.

Pour the granola onto the baking sheet and spread flat into a thin layer.

Bake the granola for 25-30 minutes or until golden in color.
